Order processing
● Orders placed before 12 PM ET ship the same business day when the item is in
stock.
● Orders after 12 PM ET ship the next business day.
Multiple warehouses & drop-shipments
● Many OEM parts ship straight from the manufacturer. Your order may arrive in
separate boxes, each with its own tracking number.
● If extra freight is required (for example, one brand charges a second shipping fee) we
will email the revised total for approval before charging your card.
Estimated rates shown at checkout
● Website rates assume standard ground service and parcel-size limits
(UPS / USPS / FedEx ≤ 70 lb or 108 inches length + girth).
● Oversize or heavyweight items (engines, generators, mixers, etc.) need a freight
quote. We’ll contact you first.
Need it faster or have special instructions?
Call or email us before you place the order if you need Next-Day Air, Saturday delivery,
Hold-for-Pick-up, or want to ship on your own carrier account. It is not guaranteed but we
can certainly try.
Signature / Delivery security
● Packages are sent “Signature Not Required” unless you choose otherwise.
● DanseUSA is not liable for loss or theft after the carrier marks a package “Delivered,”
or for special instructions such as “Leave at back porch.”
Back-orders
If a manufacturer is out of stock we’ll email you. You can keep the order open, swap to an equivalent, or cancel for a full refund.
International, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico Rates shown online are only estimates. We will email you final freight and duties for approval. Certain hazardous or oversize items may not be eligible Transit damage Inspect every box before signing. Note any shortage or damage on the driver’s scanner or BOL and tell us within 3 business days so we can file a claim. Damage not noted at delivery voids reimbursement.
Quality check All products are shipped after complete inspection and thorough quality control from our warehouse.
